Cultivating Queens Corporation (CQ) is a non-profit organization committed to empowering, motivating, and leading young ladies in middle and high school. Our organization’s mission is to ‘Dynamically Add Substance to the Community through Charity, Character, and Class.’ CQ has served over 100 youth in the Big Bend area since 2018, participating in and organizing a variety of projects such as feeding the homeless, career fairs, teen dating seminars, and a Holistic Health Fair with Ms. Black Florida 2019.
Cultivating Queens is all about the development of our young QUEENS. We are here to assist with the becoming of a well-rounded young lady, collectively and individually. We need QUEENS who are ready to dedicate time in the community by serving and volunteering.
Cultivating Queens is about instilling the value of character building, life-skills, as well as, sharpening individual strengths. CQ wants to help the young QUEENS become open-minded to the experiences of life, appreciate cultural values, and to take on challenges with confidence.
"A Woman with Class is Timeless."
To fulfill our mission, we need young ladies that are ready to embody the definition of a QUEEN; a young lady who is ready to thrive, prosper, and to BE CULTIVATED.
CQ is a group for all young women but we believe that one on one mentoring is also a vital part in development. To always have a personal cheerleader in your corner will always keep you motivated. One on One mentoring is offered to the "QUEEN Division".
We introduce QUEENS to different events and activities that we believe will assist with the cultivating of the QUEEN.
We believe in loving and supporting not only the QUEENS but the family of our QUEENS. CQ know that the sense of family is important with the development amongst individuals.
The SENIOR QUEEN Division is intended for young women in the 12th grade. This sector is more intimate and we focus on the professional development of the young women. This division includes involvement in activities and community service, as well as group mentoring.
The QUEEN Division is intended for young women in the 9th-11th grade. This sector is where we conquer our pillars of "Charity, Character, and Class." This division includes involvement in activities and community service, as well as one on one mentoring.
The Princess Division is intended for young women in the 6th-8th grade. This is an opportunity for parents to become familiar with CQ principles while also allowing the younger generation to continue to grow before moving on to a more mature atmosphere. This division includes involvement in activities and community service, as well as preparation for their mentor match in 9th grade.
